Responsibilities:
Sarah (she/her) is a Visiting Research Specialist at the UIC Behavioral Health Crisis Hub at the Jane Addams Center for Social Policy and Research. In this position she assists the leadership staff in research, policy development, and community engagement at local levels throughout the state for the successful implementation of 988 and CESSA.
Biography:
Sarah has over 8 years of experience supporting access to behavioral health services, including providing behavioral health services for youth in residential care. Prior to her current role, Sarah was a paralegal working to ensure that individuals and families had access to the public benefits they were entitled to.
