2025 Behavioral Health Crisis Continuum Forum | JACSW Behavioral Health Crisis Hub

Introduction

The Behavioral Health Crisis Hub hosted a virtual forum in June 2025 titled "Moving Forward: Building a Stronger Crisis System in a New Era!" This three day event, sponsored by the Illinois Department of Human Services Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery,* included themes of "Collaboration, Resilience and Innovation!"

*At the time of the event, the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery was formerly two separate divisions, known as the Division of Mental Health (DMH) and the Division of Substance Use, Prevention, and Recovery (SUPR).
