The first day focuses on the National Landscape followed by an overview of the Illinois Landscape. We will then convene a panel focusing on advances and innovations in 911 alternative response models.
June 18, 2025
Building Resilience and Services to Thrive in the New Era
The second day focuses on Building Resilience in the Community and the Workforce, and on the implementation and provision of innovative mobile crisis response team services for special populations.
June 25, 2025
Generating Hope for the Future Through Collaboration & Innovation
The third and final day in the series focuses on collaboration between 911, 988 and mobile crisis response teams, 988 text and chat and innovations in AI and technology for delivery of behavioral health crisis services.
