The Behavioral Health Crisis Hub provides the following services:
- Project Management working with the Illinois Division of Mental Health, state partners and behavioral health system stakeholders to develop and execute workplans to meet goals and objectives that advance the implementation of crisis service initiatives
- Development, coordination and provision of training to enhance the skills of the crisis continuum workforce
- Supporting crisis service program development and implementation based on cutting edge research, best practices and evidence-based practices
- Conducting research to inform planning and program development, and quality assurance and improvement initiatives
